Believed to be the only California DII Player of the Year not to receive a Division I College scholarship. Recruited to play his college ball at Harvard where no athletic scholarships are offered. Undrafted in the 2010 NBA draft, then offered a summer contract with the Dallas Mavericks. Signed a two year contract with his hometown Golden State Warriors on July 21, 2019.
