Launch Effect is Looking for a Top-Notch WordPress Support Specialist!
We’re hiring! Launch Effect is looking for a talented team player to join our small but spry Support Team.
This is a part-time, remote position that’ll require strong development chops, clear and friendly communication skills, and a well-rounded knowledge of all things WordPress.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering day-to-day user support questions and solving/noting bug issues
- Working with internal support ticket system
- Communicating with our development team on new releases to address major bugs
Must have:
- Excellent and friendly written English communication skills
- Working knowledge of CSS, PHP, and jQuery
- Great patience
We’re looking for someone who can spend 10-15 hours of support per month. Pay is $350/month depending on experience.
